The bottom story contains 3 more bedrooms, another spacious living area, 2nd bathroom & laundry. CHILDREN Sea-Breaze is a very modern apartment and while children are most welcome, we do ask you supervise them especially with respect to keeping the home free of damage. This is our home and we wish all our tenants to be able to come and enjoy their holiday so ask that you take care as if it were your own. Also please be aware we have carpeted stairs inside up to the 2nd storey. UPON DEPARTURE Please make sure all bins have been emptied. Please leave as you would your own house as you found it. We don't expect it to be spotless but reasonably clean.
