The space Welcome to Poderuccio, a corner of paradise where comfort and nature meet! The farm is spread over two floors, both autonomous and independent, to offer maximum freedom during your stay. The apartments can be rented separately or together, depending on your needs, and can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for families and friends who want to spend an unforgettable vacation together. The owners are ready to make your experience perfect, they will take care of every detail: from weekly cleaning (and yes, even the change of linens in the middle of the stay if you stay more than 13 nights!) to the daily cleaning of the pool. They will be there to greet you warmly, responding to all your requests to ensure a dream vacation. Ground floor (4 people) The ground floor apartment is a real retreat! With a spacious living area and a patio where you can relax while admiring the breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills, you'll immediately feel at home. Two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: a double for the most romantic and a double perfect for friends or children. First Floor (6 people) On the first floor, entering through the main gate of the farm, you will find a cozy living area, with three double rooms, all renovated with so much love. On the one hand, a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a view of the hills of the village of Palazzone, perfect for those looking for privacy and tranquility. On the other, two double rooms (one double) that share a bathroom with shower, ideal for a family who wants to enjoy the enchanting view that extends over the sweet Umbrian and Tuscan hills. Outdoors In the courtyard, there is a comfortable barbecue just steps from the kitchen and patio, where you can enjoy your meals in the shade, surrounded by nature. Children will have fun in the play area with a slide and swings, right next to the pool, which will make you dream of its unique view.
