500 meters from the picturesque village of Joyeuse, the cottage enjoys a dominant position. Quiet but close to all the tourist attractions of the lower Ardèche. Two terraces allow you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The location allows you to enjoy the Cévennes Natural Park while being ten kilometers from the Ardèche Gorges. The pool in a dominant position is shared with three guest rooms. The space The cottage is located at the back of a beautiful stone house and has an independent entrance and access. It includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen area and sitting area with TV and pellet stove. On the ground floor, you have a bathroom with shower, closed toilet and a laundry area with a washing machine available. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140 bed with private shower room, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedroom with 2 single 90 beds (modular on request) and a separate toilet. Linens are included and the beds are made upon arrival. Crib, highchair, baby bath on request. Reversible air conditioning upstairs.
