Close to Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World & other area attractions incl breweries, hiking trails, unique shops, dining, gem mines, Biltmore House, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino,WCU & several downtown areas. The space The condo has a full small kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds. single pull out sleeper in LR, very small dining area with 4 stools. Condo is very close to swimming pool, tennis courts, kayak/canoe rentals, mini golf, rose walk trail, gift store/coffee shop, Stuart Auditorium, Memorial Chapel, Corneille Bryan Garden. Minutes from Tube World and Cataloochee Ski Area. Includes use of 1 kayak w/ cart & daily pool pass for 4 quests (in season). Kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, tabletop gas grill (gas included), crock pot, George Foreman indoor grill, pots/pans, toaster, toaster oven, baking sheets, hand mixer, plates/cups/silverware, paper products, all bathroom/bedding/kitchen linens. Small amenities/toiletries (easily forgotten at home) are available. Front porch has small view of lake in winter months (great for your morning coffee or late afternoon quiet time) and there is a back stoop with small patio area. Heated with baseboard heat and cooled with window air conditioner units. Self check in with keyless entry. Wifi and ROKU TV access Please note there is no dishwasher. Paper products are provided. Coffee, creamer, tea, sugar and other small kitchen necessities are included. Guest access Parking is just steps away from condo and is shared with other tenants. You must be able to climb outside steps to access entrance to condo which is on the first floor of the condo building. There are nine steps to front sidewalk and three more to access the porch/front door. Most amenities of the lake grounds are within walking distance. Feel free to bring your bicycles as most of the grounds allow bike access. The lake allows small boats equipped with trolling motors, but there are no boat slips for mooring as it is a residential lake. The Corneille Bryan Garden entrance is literally steps away from condo. Kayak/canoe rentals are available during season as well as access to the swimming pool. Daily pool Pass for 4 guests included (in season). Other things to note This property is kid friendly but keep in mind the kiddos will need to be supervised around the steps. My grandsons (6 and 8 y/o have had no problems with this. ) This is an older property and is quaint and small but clean and comfortable and location is perfect! Ideal for 4 guests
