Rental unit in Ripatransone

Near Ripatransone in the southern region of Le Marche Italy. The farm is 15 mins to beaches and 30 to mountains. Bookings for July & August at MIN of 7 nights based SUNDAY to SUNDAY (but enquire also as it may be possible) outside of these dates minimum of 4 nights stay. Rural views. The space The farm has accommodation on the ground floor comprising of 3-bed rooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), lounge, dining room and kitchen, and 2 bathrooms covering a total floor space of 90sq Mtrs. Outside there are 2 garden areas, one with guest terrace, a barn/workshop, and an enclosed pool area. There is a vegetable garden for guests to use bikes, BBQ, trampoline, table tennis, and art and painting stuff if required. A comprehensive list of local activities and events with help in booking them. Babies are welcome we have a good range of equipment for them (having had 4 ourselves!) The farm does have animals mainly chickens, cats, and a dog but all are friendly, though if you have a problem with them we can remove them! Eggs may be available depending on who is laying. It is located 15 minutes by car to the beaches and 40 minutes to the mountains and 10 minutes to the autostrada system. Rome airport is 2hrs 45min Those traveling from the UK can arrive via Ancona or Pescara airports (1Hr). Despite its connected location, it is very private and quiet. The surrounding scenery is dramatic mountains valleys and ridges dotted with hilltop towns and villages all fortified with a wealth of history, but generally undiscovered. It is a bit like stepping back to a 1950's attitude. Between stays, we shall be disinfecting all surfaces for your safety. This may mean the apartment may not be ready by 4 pm but we shall endeavor to make this so. Other things to note Every year I like to add improvements to your stay.
