The apartment is located in a villa 100m from the sea/beach garden with lawn, barbecue, bicycles, internet,Wi-Fi ..... The space Villa Dolce Vita *** is located in Vodice (Srima district), Sibenik region. Central region and conveniently located to visit Dalmatia from north to south. We have four rental apartments. Two on the ground floor with garden views and two on the second floor with sea views. Our apartments can accommodate from 2 to 4 adults. The villa also includes a beautiful garden with palm trees, a barbecue area and a reception/information area. We provide a common washing machine and bicycles. The nearest beach is within 100 m. Boats can be rented by day, less than 200 m away. Vodice city center is 3 km away from the villa. You can walk along the beaches to the center (about 15 min walk). Sibenik city is 10 km away. You can visit its famous cathedral (classified as UNESCO), its small alleys and its promenade. Zadar and Split Airports: 50 km We own several hectares of olive trees in Sibenik, less than 10 km from our villa and therefore produce our own organic extra virgin olive oil. We sell our extra virgin olive oil ('maslino ulje' in Croatian), per litre. It will be a great souvenir, bottled, of your stay with us in Croatia Price on request (per litre) ! Near Šibenik, in a picturesque bay lined with numerous islands and islets, is Vodice, one of the best developed places in coastal Croatia. The proximity of the Kornati Islands and the gorges of the Krka River with its magnificent waterfalls, as well as the development of the city, beaches and parks, make Vodice a desired and attractive tourist destination. Few cities live by night and day, like Vodice, and always offer something new and unusual such as the traditional popular festivals of Vodice which are known from afar, Easter and Christmas celebrations, cultural and entertainment festivals, festivals, Dalmatian klapa evenings (singers a capella), sports competitions: regattas, big game fising (fishing competition), cycling... The rich nightlife and abundant entertainment make Vodice one of the most attractive places in the Adriatic. The city of Vodice offers many sports fields: tennis, football, hanball and basketball.
