Minutes from the university, walking distance to University hospital and St Joes Hospital Bus route 3 minute walk YOU Must be clean/quiet/respectful/focused and friendly Quiet time 10pm-7am to be respected We are a Non smoking/vaping etc home No electrical appliances are permitted in your room , or fridge /heater etc No other guests are welcome Please do not eat on the bed Wash/dry and put your dishes away in the kitchen IF THIS IS NOT YOU ,, please book elsewhere If you can not respect our home and the guidelines , you will be asked to leave with NO REFUND We offer keyless entry for convenient, independent check in/out Be sure to keep the door LOCKED when coming and going, for the security of all Parking .. 1 vehicle per room, This is a shared driveway.
