Beautiful rural country house with swimming pool

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool. The space The guesthouse provides 100% privacy, despite being located on the farm's property. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped theme gardens, a greenhouse to enjoy the spring sunshine and seats everywhere to relax with a nice book or just to daydream. For children, there is a playhouse, trampoline and go-karts. Of course, the animals are a magnet for children. The dogs to cuddle with or the horses to pet. Lunteren is located in the middle of the Netherlands on the Veluwezoom. A beautiful hiking and cycling area, but also a short distance from major cities such as Ede, Veenendaal, Amersfoort, Utrecht and Arnhem. Zoos, museums and amusement parks are within a 30 km radius. Peace, space and the good outdoor life on the farm reflect the great enjoyment. A place to be yourself, uncomplicated and welcoming! PLEASE NOTE: THE DOGS WALK LOOSELY IN THE YARD. THEY ARE VERY CHILD FRIENDLY. Guest access There is "only" 1 guesthouse. So you are always the only one who uses the facilities. Get out of bed and enjoy a heated swimming pool. Have breakfast in your own garden full of scent and color. No one to bother you. Only maybe the dogs who come to greet you or the curious peacocks who come to take a look. Other things to note If you love animals, you are in the right place. The peacocks and chickens walk around happily. The dogs are cuddly, just like the horses.
