"Sweet & Cosy" Beach Maisonette Gavradia Ierissos

SWEET & COSY BEACH MAISONETTE is located in the beach of Gavradia, Ierissos, one of the most beautiful coasts of Chalkidiki, and is in the private and residents-only accessed establishment of Nautilus (IR controlled gate). The SWEET & COSY BEACH MAISONETE presents the ideal destination for families with children, couples and friends who want to spend their holidays in a safe & quiet atmosphere, close to nature whilst enjoying all the comforts of a well equipped house. The space SWEET AND COSY BEACH MAISONETTE is only 40m away from the sea, has easy walking access to it and an excellent view of the crystal blue waters and the wide spectre of the landscape. It is a two floor house with an interior staircase (safety gate for toddlers and young children available). Downstairs two bedroomsare to be found: the master bedroom (double bed) with a smaller twin room that can be used either as a comfortable walk-in wardrobe, or as an assisting toddler/child bedroom, for the families who want to keep their young ones near them. The second bedroom has two single beds that can - when joined - offer a second double bed. This room offers exit to a small paved yard and from there to the back garden, a wide green area, ideal for non-stop play. On the upper floor there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen & dinning space, a wardrobe for all the household necessities, a WC and two balconies, both with view to the sea. The couch of the living room can be transformed to a double bed, thus offering additional sleeping space, in case of larger families, or visitors. From the upper floor there is access to the main garden, where a patio, a kiosk with a large table, chairs and amacas can offer a idyllic place for relaxation. There is additionally an external shower for when returning from the beach. We offer password protected wifi access to the Internet, a flat screen tv and an air conditioner. The house is fully equipped with bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets, etc. EXCEPT beach towels. Due to current developments and health & safety concerns relating to the pandemic COVID-19, we would like to emphasize that the maisonette has its own entrance and has exclusive use of its 2 parking spots, front yard and kiosk. We would like to assure our guests that we take great care cleaning and disinfecting the house before your arrival, and apart from the standard 1st aid kit, we offer our guests a bottle of disinfectant lotion, alond with several single use gloves and masks.
