The space The ideal starting point for your dream holiday is the (smaller) half of a modern city villa in the "swan style" (built in 2015). You can enjoy the quiet cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest on your terrace. You will experience relaxed living in large, bright rooms with high ceilings. The stylish furnishings are bright and friendly. The amenities and furniture are new. On the ground floor there is a big living room with open kitchen (fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher) and dining area, a small storage room, the hall and hallways/stairs. If you want, you can sit on the comfortable sofa bed and look at the forest or satellite TV (or both). :-) Upstairs are the bathroom with rainforest shower and the large bedroom, both accessible from the hallway (lockable doors). You can sleep heavenly on the new Schlaraffia Viva Plus Aqua Mattress (Stiftung Warentest 04/2015: top grade together with another pocket spring mattress) and wake up refreshed with a view of the forest. In the bedroom you can work concentrated at the work table and enjoy the view in between. Throughout the house there is Wi-Fi, in several places also network sockets. Connected to the internet you are at the highest speed (VDSL 50). For parking, two large parking spaces are reserved for you. Guest access Your realm on time is a complete semi-detached house (the smaller one) with 2 floors and full cellar, with large terrace and private garden. Up to two private parking is available for your use.
