The space Our house is located 10 minutes from Angers in a quiet area. It has a garden with games for children, a small swimming pool in summer and a sunny terrace. Inside a living room with entrance, dining room and kitchen over 40 m2. Below, a 25 m2 independent TV lounge. Upstairs, our son's large bedroom with a single bed, books, games and a small sink area. On a half-level, our bedroom with a 160 cm bed and our dressing room. The bathroom with 1 sink, 1 shower and 1 bathtub. Our daughter's room with a crib. On the top level, our second son's room with a double cabin bed, desk, books and games. The place is ideal for a peaceful vacation, visiting Angers, practicing water activities, swimming on the banks of the Louet, discovering charming and atypical villages (troglodytes), visiting the zoo of Doué la Fontaine 40 minutes away, Terra Botanica 20 minutes away or Puy du Fou 1 hour away.
