An ideal getaway for a serene seaside escape. The space This charming stone house offers a warm and authentic atmosphere, surrounded by nature and peaceful outdoor spaces. Inside, you will find a cozy living room, a kitchen corner, two comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped for basic needs, featuring an older-style fridge and oven. The interior combines traditional character with a simple, rustic charm. Guest access Guests can use the outdoor areas, including the private porch and patio, as well as the terrace. Please note that the terrace may be shared with other guests. Please note that the porch does not have a sea view, but right next to it there is a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views. Other things to note Water is not drinkable. Bottled water must be purchased for cooking and drinking. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels while bed linen and toilet paper are included. Please DO NOT throw paper into the toilet. Doing so may cause serious damage. Free parking is available inside the property for one vehicle. If you are travelling with a second vehicle, additional free public parking is available directly outside the main entrance of the estate. Lighting fires at the beach or anywhere on the property is strictly forbidden. Water should be used with care. Washing machine is not included Beach accessories and beach equipment are not provided. Please respect quiet hours (15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00). Common areas must be kept clean and tidy. No additional guests are allowed beyond the reservation. Please report any problems or damages immediately. The houses feature a fully equipped kitchen suitable for light cooking, oven and stovetop (no microwave) Insect screens are installed on all windows and doors. Please use them at all times to prevent insects from entering. Doors and windows should be kept closed when not in use. Please note that the property is located in a remote coastal settlement where internet connectivity is generally weaker than in urban areas. Mobile coverage in Diliso can be quite limited depending on the provider, and this is something that affects the whole area rather than the house itself. Additionally, the houses are traditional stone-built buildings with thick stone walls, which may further reduce signal strength indoors. Wi-Fi reception is usually better in outdoor areas such as the terrace, garden, and surrounding open spaces. Guests who require faster internet access may find a 5G mobile connection more suitable, subject to network availability. The property is located in a natural seaside setting, surrounded by greenery. As in most countryside and coastal areas, you may occasionally encounter insects such as mosquitoes, bees, wasps, spiders, hornets or similar. The local environment in Evia is also home to small wildlife, including hedgehogs, ferrets, rabbits, and occasionally reptiles. Children should avoid exploring areas with dense vegetation or hidden spots in the garden without supervision. By booking, guests acknowledge and appreciate the natural surroundings of the property.
