The Ellicott in Historic Occoquan(30 Mins to DC)

Spacious and tastefully decorated one bedroom condo in the heart of walkable historic Occoquan. Full kitchen and w/d, a comfortable queen bedroom, full bathroom, work station & one free onsite parking spot. The Town of Occoquan offers unique experiences (kayaking, fishing, birdwatching and shopping) all within walking distance. Excellent dining choices from award winning restaurants to casual eateries. Mins to I-95, 123, VRE. D.C. (35min); Quantico (25min); Potomac Mills (10min). Tysons (25min). The space This private condo is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. There is one bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a sofa that turns into a queen bed. A queen air mattress is also available. There is a large closet and dresser if you have belongings that you need to store. Children of all ages are welcome. While it isn't baby-proofed, we do provide a pack-n-play for infants. Guest access The kitchen provides you access to a full-size refrigerator, microwave, a French Press coffee maker, stove, oven, and dishwasher. We provide breakfast bars and fresh ground coffee. There are dishes in the top cabinets and paper napkins in the wall cabinet next to the sink. If you need to use the dishwasher, detergent is available under the sink. So, cook your heart out. You have a full bathroom with a combination shower gel and shampoo from Trader Joe’s. A clean set of towels will be in your room when you arrive. Additional supplies and the air mattress are in the closet next to the bathroom. You will have access to the laundry machines, which are in the closet located on the left hand side when you first walk into the apartment. Laundry detergent is provided. If needed during your stay, please put kitchen garbage in the green trash bins at the end of the driveway. Thanks! Other things to note To ensure our cleaner is able to adhere to our strict cleaning protocol we are unable to accommodate early check in. If you book and request a check in earlier than 4 pm we cannot accommodate. Check out is also firm at 11 am. The Town of Occoquan is host to several fun events year round. Be sure to check it out. Being a small town with historic structures and a river nearby the Town of Occoquan is an excellent place to play Pokemon Go! A lot of our guests are repeat visitors and expect a certain level of peacefulness. Therefore we strongly adhere to Airbnbs “No Party” rule. We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies. Should you book and bring a pet or indicate you have a pet we will have to have Airbnb cancel your reservation. We provide a few granola bars as a quick breakfast but we are sure you will find delicious food options in Town. Before you leave, please gather your trash and put it in one of the green trash bins at the end of the driveway. Thank you!
