Would you like to come and enjoy the fresh air at an altitude of 900 m in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park? We will be happy to welcome you to our charming chalet located in St Laurent en Grandvaux. The chalet is located in a large estate composed of several chalets harmoniously distributed on the hillsides. The cherry on the cake: enjoy the heated indoor pool of the estate at your disposal for free (PLEASE NOTE: closed from October to the end of March) The space Our chalet of approx. 48 m² is an ideal base to fully enjoy the nature of the Jura: a few minutes from the classified natural site of the 7 waterfalls of Hérisson and in the heart of the region of the Lakes (Lake of the Abbey 7 km, Lake Ilay 12 km, Clairvaux les Lacs 25 km, Lake Vouglans 40 km, etc.). Hiking lovers will leave with their shoes on, as a marked hiking trail (PR – 2.5-hour loop – very easy) passes about 100 meters from the chalet. A multitude of marked trails crisscross the area. In winter: The chalet is located 300 m from the start of the snowshoe trails and pedestrian walk. Also, a toboggan run and a multi-activity trail on which you can practice your first cross-country skiing steps. Less than 10 minutes by car, the resort of Morbier les Gentianes awaits you with some alpine ski slopes for beginners and an ESF ski school ideal for getting your children started. Also: cross-country ski trails, equipment rentals, tubing sledding trails. Less than 15 minutes away: various cross-country skiing and snowshoeing sites such as Lac des Rouges Truites, Saint Pierre... 30 minutes away: the Les Rousses/Jura sur Leman alpine ski resort (approx. 50 km of slopes), but also cross-country ski slopes, and Lac des Rousses for skating. Nearby "the Premanon ice rink. Guest access Easy access to the chalet as it is in close proximity to the estate's private paved cul-de-sac. Collective parking about ten meters below the chalet. Access on foot is via a private gravel road equipped with a wooden railing for people with difficulty. The 48 m² chalet built in 2010 is very well equipped and consists of: - A living room of approx. 18 m² with kitchenette - Sofa beds in the living room - TV, Kitchen with refrigerator, 4-plate electric stove, oven, small dishwasher. - A bedroom with a double bed - A second bedroom with a sofa bed. - The third bedroom is a mezzanine of approx. 11 m² open to the living room with 2 90x190 cm single beds. - Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Entrance. Washing machine. Ski room. - Exterior: Ski room, terrace, 400 m² plot, Collective parking below the chalet. On the estate you can enjoy a large heated indoor pool, a petanque court and the many green spaces of the estate for free. Please note: Pool closed from October to the end of March. Other things to note Important: All reservations require acceptance of these points: - Linen (beds, toilet, kitchen...) not provided - End-of-stay cleaning to be done by you (withholding of deposit of €120 if the cleaning is not done well). - End-of-stay cleaning option possible at €80. The option must be subscribed to before your arrival by informing the owner. Payment directly to the service provider (check or cash). - Water and electricity charges included - Heated chalet - The wood-burning stove visible in the photos is decorative - The TV may experience reception problems in the event of heavy rain, snowfall, strong wind or extreme cold - Pets not allowed - The closure of the pool for any reason whatsoever will not be subject to any refund or compensation of any kind.
