The space Registered with the Shire of Busselton. As an addition to the farm studio, I am offering my farmhouse which has more beds and space for larger family gatherings. It has a large modern open plan kitchen and lounge. The beds are comfy, new and vary in size, king and queen size, single bed, cots too, plus ensuite and family bathroom. There is wifi, a smart television, Sonos sound system and air conditioning throughout the house and heating too. Baby bassinet available for those new born babies. Winter you can expect an open fire or a fire pit to use. Summer pool. It is equiped with everything you may need for your short stay. Including milk, tea and coffee, plus something extra for your breakfast . There is a full kitchen and bbq for your use. The studio has another kitchen and bbq. For families wanting to book for 8 members of the family, then you will have access to the studio. Suitable for the grandparents or extra couples who want their own space as it has a full kitchen, lounge, bathroom and king sized bed. An additional cleaning fee for use of the Farm Studio may apply. Please note, the farm studio does not book guests at the same time as there are guests in the Farm house. I do not accept school leavers in November. Guest access There is a key pad entry for the property. I will give you the code on the morning of your stay. Please note your family will be the only guests at the farm when you book your stay. You are welcome to use the swimming pool. Available only from October through to March as it has no heating. Please replace pool cover and if you use the umbrella, please return as you found them, cover on and umbrella closed. Swimming towels provided, in laundry if you forget to bring your own. It is your responsibility to supervise any children. There is No life guard! NO DOGS in pool! The farmhouse uses rain water, please be mindful of its use. There is bottled water provided for drinking. All outside water taps are bore water and on a timer, so are not for your use. Washing up can be done in the laundry trough. Remember, please consider the fact that all house hold water is rain water. So use sparingly. This means no long showers. The cupboard in main living/bedroom houses extra toilet rolls. SMOKING is not permitted at this Airbnb. NO PARTIES. Rules for Pets Pets are not to be left unattended on the property without my permission. When you go out you must take your dog with you. NO dogs in the main farm house. Sleeping is to be in the large guest room attached to the patio. No pets on furniture including beds. Pets to be fed outside on patio. Please use water from laundry only.(this is rainwater, others taps are bore water) There is a steel ring under breakfast bar for tying dogs up when necessary. All dog droppings to be removed from back yard before leaving. Dogs must be on leads if you venture outside house yard initially. Dogs and owners not allowed into paddocks with livestock.
