This hotel is close to Kandy Lake, near the Garden Cafe. It is only 10 minutes walking to Kandy town and the Temple of the Tooth Relic. This family room comprises of two double beds, ceiling fan, AC, free wifi, useful table, mirror and private attached bathroom with hot water shower and hair dryer. Breakfast is included in the price. A convenient hotel but a little dated in places. The space This popular hotel has an unusual mix. Some parts of the hotel require refurbishment such as the reception lounge, whilst the rooms themselves are comfy and colonial. So whilst the rooms echo of a pre-gone era, the film posters in the lounge and around the coffee bar advertise your latest Star Wars or Indiana Jones film. Quite simply the mix does not appeal. Having said that the rooms are clean and comfy, and the coffee bar is a great idea. It is just the decor that is out of sync. The family room itself comprises of two double beds, suitable for a maximum number of four people. There is AC and a ceiling fan in the room to help you keep the room cool. The room is spacious and comes with free wifi, enabling you to keep in touch with your family and friends. There is a useful laptop table and mirror. The private attached bathroom contains a toilet, douche, wash basin and a hot water shower. It also has a hair dryer. There is no extra charge if you check in a couple of hours earlier, subject to the room being available. Guests are requested to check out before 12 noon.
