A spacious 1 bed apartment with designer decor and high quality finishes. Large balcony with braai facilities. Fast Wifi, off street parking and a lift in the block. Waking distance to shops, restaurants and the Promenade. All our apartments are deep cleaned between each guest. This includes disinfecting all high touch places such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls , etc. We are LGBTQ friendly. The space Spacious and light, with a generous balcony and a dedicated work station, this apartment is great for holidays or business trips. Other things to note The parking garage at this apartment block is tight. A normal rental hatchback will fit fine, but larger sedans, SUV's and Bakkie's will be a squeeze. Important : South Africa as a country has an electricity shortage. This can result in periods of regular power outages. We will do our best to inform you on check in of when these may occur, but sometimes there is very little advance notice. Please note this is totally beyond our control as hosts. Early check in / late check out requests are subject to availability and will be charged at R250 each cash on check in / out.
