Join us free of charge for daily morning meditation, or book a Yoga or Pilates exercise & therapy session to match your needs. DELICIOUS MEALS FOR YOU: our food philosophy, as practiced in our famous Avocado Vegetarian Cafe in Athens, is delicious, local, organic and fresh as possible cuisine, that our guests savor and treasure highly. A Zen Rocks meal completes the experience of being in this beautiful nature with the delectable taste of fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs and goat feta.
