La Maison Volganza – Classified Furnished Tourist Accommodation ⭐️⭐️⭐️ For a nature stay, relaxation and discovery, Maison Volganza welcomes you in the heart of a farm of 14 hectares where percheron horses, Cotentin donkeys, goats from ditches, geese... The ideal place to discover the heritage of Le Perche (mansions, castles, picturesque villages, flea markets...) and to enjoy this unique, protected and bucolic territory where it's good to come and recharge. The space Lovers of authenticity and tranquility, our cottage offers comfort and charm. Since 2018, we welcome you with pleasure in this house that we have fully restored, thought out and decorated with care. With an area of 90 m², the cottage offers a large living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen. On one level, it offers a bedroom with a queen size bed (with memory mattress) and a crib (70X160). The house also has a sofa bed with quality sleeping in 140X190 (duvet and sheets provided). We provide toilet linen and bed linen: towels and washcloths, tea towels, sheets, duvets and pillows. When you arrive, the beds are made. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, multi pancakes, waffle iron, blender. At your disposal sugar, coffee and tea, honey from our bees, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. In the pantry there is a washing machine and a dryer. Household products, dish soap, and sponge are on site. Provision of a high chair, stroller, crib, bathtub, sunbed, baby pot, booster for wc... The accommodation has a terrace in the back with garden table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue, sunbeds. Provision of board games, toys, books for young and old... We have equipped the house to the maximum so that you bring the minimum. Special attention has been paid to the decoration with heathered furniture, furniture or objects diverted and embellished with works by a local artist. Outside there is a swing. You can go see our animals, the vegetable garden, enjoy the pond and its wildlife (unsecured)... We can advise you for tours, restaurants... The house is located less than 10 minutes from La Perrière and Mamers, 15 minutes from Bellême and 25 minutes from Mortagne au Perche. They are all 4 classified as Petites Cités de Caractère and are to be discovered without hesitation. Between gentle hills, unspoiled forests and villages of character, Le Perche is the perfect place to recharge. There are mansions, stud farms, quiet little roads and a simple and warm way of life. We are 45 minutes from Le Mans, famous for its old town, cathedral and museums including the 24H Museum. We offer a second independent cottage in the same place with a capacity of 8 people.
