Farmhouse in Perche

For a nature, relaxation and discovery stay, Maison Volganza welcomes you to the heart of a 14-hectare farm where our Percheron horses, Cotentin donkeys, ditch goats, chickens and geese graze. Lovers of authenticity and tranquility, the gîte offers comfort and charm. The perfect place to discover the heritage of the Perche (manors, castles, picturesque villages, flea markets...) and to enjoy this unique, protected and bucolic territory where it's good to come and relax. The space With an area of 90 m², the cottage offers a large living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen. On one level, it offers a bedroom with a queen size bed (with memory foam mattress) and a child's bed (70 X 160). The house also has a sofa bed with a quality 140 x 190 bed (duvet and sheets provided). We provide towels and bed linen: towels and washcloths, tea towels, sheets, duvets and pillows. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, multi pancake maker, waffle maker, blender. At your disposal sugar, coffee and tea, honey from our bees, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. In the cellar there is a washing machine and a dryer. Household products, dishwashing liquid and sponge are on site. Provision of a high chair, stroller, baby bed, bathtub, deckchair, baby potty, toilet booster... The accommodation has a terrace at the back with garden table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue, deckchairs. Provision of board games, toys, books for young and old... We have equipped the house to the maximum so that you bring the minimum. Special attention has been paid to the decoration with antique furniture, furniture or objects repurposed and embellished with works by a local artist. Outside there is a swing. You can go see our animals, the vegetable garden, enjoy the pond and its fauna (unsecured)... We can advise you on visits, restaurants... The house is located less than 10 minutes from La Perrière and Mamers, 15 minutes from Bellême and 25 minutes from Mortagne au Perche. All 4 are classified as Small Cities of Character and are to be discovered without hesitation. Between gentle hills, preserved forests and villages of character, the Perche is the ideal place to unwind. There are manors, stud farms, quiet little roads and a simple and warm way of life. We are 45 minutes from Le Mans, renowned for its old town, cathedral and museums including the 24 Hours Museum. We offer a second independent gîte in the same place with a capacity of 8 people.
