The interior has been professionally designed, and the building - completed in 2019 - is served by a lift for easy access. A private entrance adds an extra layer of comfort and convenience for guests.   Sleeping arrangements The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed fitted with a Hypnia mattress and John Lewis bedding. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with the same sleep setup throughout - both rooms have their own Smart TV with Netflix access.   Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - everything you need to prepare meals at home. Whether you're cooking in after a beach day or grabbing supplies from the M&S Food in Westbourne, you're well set up.   Bathroom The bathroom is finished in Italian porcelain and includes a hair dryer and hot water. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided.   Laundry & extras A washer and dryer are available in the apartment, along with an iron, hangers, and bed linens. Bournemouth town centre is 5 minutes by car or a pleasant 15-minute walk along the promenade. Poole and Sandbanks are also both 5 minutes away, giving you easy access to some of the area's best coastal and leisure spots. Guest access Guests will have sole use of the this self contained private apartment with it's own entrance. It is situated on the 1st floor with the option of using the stairs or the lift. Allocated parking is directly in front of the building - we also have a disabled access ramp. Other things to note We have Wifi + Smart TV's with Netflix, iPlayer & catch up services.
