Nice duplex Ocean Golfe Morbihan

50 m from the beach, 15 min walk to the port of Crouesty and the Gulf of Morbihan, close to activities and many accesses to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan... an ideal location for a pleasant stay by the sea. The space Apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), entrance to the living room, bright and spacious and giving access to a small balcony overlooking the paved courtyard (interesting for child supervision) where motor vehicle access is prohibited. The 3 bedrooms on the floor are served by a staircase placed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are not provided (unless exceptional request at the rate of €15/bed to be paid upon delivery of the keys at the entrance). All beds are fitted with duvets (double bed: 240 x 220 and single bed: 150 x 200), pillows (65 x 65) and mattress covers. As cleaning is not included in the asking price, it must be done before you leave the apartment (unless requested by guests, a cleaning fee of €80 will be requested). Other things to note We like to renovate every room in the apartment that dates back to the 70s. The last renovations were the upstairs bathroom, which is therefore new, and the creation of a second bathroom on the ground floor, which is appreciated when there are a few more people! We want to make it even more cozy and pleasant for you, a traveler passing through the Presqu'île... We value making everyone feel good... at home.
