Situated within a Bird Sanctuary, inside the Wilderness Bushcamp, this cottage offers what we consider the best views in the Wilderness. 75 square meter interior and 25 square meter deck makes this the perfect location for two couples or a family. The cottage is situated in 9 hectares of indigenous forest with uninterrupted views of the ocean and lakes. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The space Bird Haven has been carefully designed to offer rustic charm and modern comfort in a remote and tranquil setting. Enjoy views over indigenous forest to one side and a sweeping vista over the lakes, lagoon and ocean from the other. The open-plan living area is comfortably equipped with a small kitchen, dining area and sitting area with log-burning fireplace. Outside, the private deck with stone-built braai offers uninterrupted views of the whole of Wilderness. Two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms offer comfortable sleeping quarters for a family or group of friends and there’s an outside shower for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach… There is no television or WiFi in the cottage, just a well-stocked bookcase. Other things to note We operate a contact-free check-in procedure. Your unit will not be accessed by anyone during your stay. We will send details on the check-in once your booking has been confirmed.
