Pool heated in summer season only. Parking for 2/3 cars at the front of the house. Unlimited parking outside the gates on the track. We do have horses in the private yard located at the end of the garden seperated by a fence and locked gate, who are on site permanently, owned by the lovely Katie who will be your Hostess (on our behalf) please do not enter the yard. Dogs no dogs upstairs or on the furniture. please clean up after your dog and do not allow them to go into the yard or field. We have tried our very best to re-organise & sort out the house for Airbnb, so please do let us know if something/area needs further attention Guest access You are very welcome to use the house as your own. Everything is there to be used, but please, if you are nearing the end of something please buy a replacement or leave some money with Katie for us to replace. Other things to note All gates surrounding the property must be closed to keep out the forest ponies. We would appreciate your help in keeping wet swimsuits etc off the sofas and if you could encourage your children to not eat on the sofas, that would be great. Use of fireworks is not permitted due to the close proximity of livestock we do not allow charging of electric vehicles at the property, if you need to charge we can advise of closest charge points. beyond the locked gate at the end of the garden is the yard area where there is an additional self contained rental unit. guests for this will access via the back gate so you may see a car or guests coming from the back entrance that is seperate to the main house.
