ViVaTenerife: Gorgeous villa with heated pool

Splendid recently renovated and totally refurbished 6-bedroom/6-bathroom villa with a private heated pool set in a tropical garden. The space On the ground-floor there is a spacious open-plan living room with plenty of couch space with a 55” Smart TV with satellite and a dining area with a large dining table that seats up to 12 persons. The living room is bright with patio doors leading out onto the terrace and garden. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob/oven, microwave , Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher for your convenience. There are plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two bar tables that comfortably seats 6 persons. Also on the ground-floor there is a good-sized bedroom with twin beds and built-in-cupboards as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the first floor there are another four bedrooms, all of good size with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with toilets and showers . Two bedrooms have double-beds while the remaining two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. The master bedroom and the bedroom 4 boast a balcony with mountain views. The sixth bedroom is housed in the guesthouse at the far end of the garden. It is furnished with two single beds and has airconditioning as well as an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. Stepping out into the garden, on the terrace there is a large garden table for up to 12 persons. The charcoal BBQ is perfect for all those alfresco meals that you will want to enjoy with friends and family. The private heated swimming pool measures 4 meters x 8 meters and has a depth of 1,8 meters. There are plenty of sun loungers to relax on and enjoy. To explore the island and for bigger grocery shopping trips we recommend hiring a car directly at the airport. There are parking spaces for two cars inside the property. Other things to note The villa is equipped with a fast internet connection (300 Mbps) with very good coverage in all bedrooms, making this property an ideal place for any digital nomads. We are happy to provide you with monitors against a fee during your stay at our villa. The entire energy consum of ViVa Tropical is covered by renewable energy and all plants are treated with an environmental-friendly pesticide.
