Warm and relaxing apartment just a short walk from the Pantheon

The apartment is bright and has been completely renovated, still maintaining the beautiful ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The space The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen – equipped, among other things, with an induction cooktop and a dining table for four people –, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed – which can be converted into a double bed, if necessary –, a bathroom with shower – whose modern wall-mounted toilet is not suitable for a weight exceeding 115 kilos/253 pounds. A dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available to guests. It is the perfect solution for those who want to enjoy the heart of Rome, while at the same time having an island of peace in which to take refuge! As soon as you leave the building, you will immediately find yourself immersed in the life of Rome's alleys, with a daily market of fresh products in the small square right in front of the front door. The apartment is literally a 3-minute walk from the Pantheon – and all the main attractions of the city are easily accessible from here – but, overlooking the inner courtyard, it will make you forget the clamor of the streets once you return home. Guest access The apartment is as described. Other things to note At each change of client, this apartment is thoroughly cleaned and washed, aired and sanitized in all its parts according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health. The sheets and bedspreads (changed for each customer) are washed at high temperatures by specialized companies. Cleaning products with 70% alcohol are used. In winter, the heating will be turned on during the periods established by the Municipality of Rome's regulations. In addition, the maximum permitted time and temperature provided for by the same regulation and any national regulations will be respected. The customer will not be able to change or raise the temperature, the thermostat will be previously set. Electricity consumption is included in the rental price. The customer is required to follow the rules for using all electrical appliances in the apartment. In particular, they are required to turn off all lights and air conditioning when not in the house. Check-in is via self check-in. It is MANDATORY for the guest to complete the online form that I will send when booking the property, indicating the ID information, as required by Italian law. This form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. In addition, the form contains the lease agreements that are mandatory to sign. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the form. If the Italian Government introduces a regulation prohibiting self-check-in, we will check-in in person, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9:00 p.m., there is a €50 late fee.
