Cozy apartment in the small mountain village of Krimml - perfect for skiing and recreational holidays for couples. APARTMENT: Our house is located in the center of Krimml in a quiet residential area. There are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor) The space The cozy apartment is furnished in a rural style with lots of natural wood and equipped with home textiles made of natural fibers. Our apartment is also popular with digital nomads. WINTER wonderland The Zillertal Arena ski resort with 143 kilometers of slopes and 52 lifts can be reached by the free ski bus (3-minute walk). Thanks to cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and snowshoeing opportunities, non-skiers will also get their money's worth. As a special highlight, the 14 km long toboggan run in neighboring Bramberg should be highlighted. Other great ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity (Kitzbühel - Zell am See/Kaprun). SUMMER The Krimml Waterfalls - awarded the European Nature Conservation Diploma - are a 10-minute walk. The exceptionally fine and ion-saturated spray of the Krimml Waterfalls has a health-promoting effect for people with asthma and allergies. For an active summer vacation, the Tauerradweg from Passau to Krimml or a tour along the mountain bike trails into the Alpine valleys are ideal.
