cozy creative one-room-studio / hip neighbourhood

This cozy individual loft is small but nice with everything you need. It's casual and creative (like Berlin-Neukölln) on the one hand and luxury and unique on the other. We made it with real love of detail and it is completly furnished. The space Thanks to floorlength windows the apartment is expansive and bright. The compact and and open floor plan ensure a spacious feeling even the loft has a limited floorspace. Because of the hight ceilings we worked with the verticale space to generate more usable surface over the bathroom and the kitchen. So you have a separat place to sleep and chill. In summertime you can open the 3 meter high windows and a part of the green courtyard can become a nice and quite part of the livingroom. The old whitewashed brickwalls accenting the charm of this old building. The floor in the bathroom is made of 100 years old nice cement tiles. The copper tap and the copper shower we designed and made by ourself. In the kitchen, dining and living area we used a durable oak floor. The kitchen is fully equiped with a glas-ceramic cooktop, an oven and a dishwasher. You can find a washing mashine in the basement. All the lights are premium design lamps from gantLights made of concrete with a golden coated insight which make a plesant and warm light. A huge closet and bookshelf provides a lot of storage space and act as the same time as a staircase to the sleeping level. The old and classy apartment buliding meets the stylish and comfortable interior. We thoughtful used sustainable materials and reused antique building elements.
