‍ The space Welcome to our beautiful house in Jomtien, Pattaya. We hope you enjoy your stay! Jomtien Beach Condominium S1 is located in Jomtien, directly on Jomtien Beach. The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: a lovely salt water swimming pool, a children's pool, fitness center, secure undercover parking, elevators and security. This 6th floor apartment consists of open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, a large bedroom, two bathrooms plus a balcony and air conditioning throughout. The main living area is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, flat screen TV, a dining table and a desk providing work space. The European style kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. There is one bedroom, which contains a king bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is en-suite, has a toilet and sink, a fantastic jacuzzi bath and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance) - Pets are not allowed at the property - There is free parking on premises. Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out. A Security Deposit of 5,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
