The property is on a large block, set back from the road via a river pebbled driveway. Once you arrive you will immediately relax and enjoy the luxury and seclusion of this stunning space. The contemporary living and fully appointed kitchen, with large Caesarstone Island Bench flows out to a large covered entertaining deck with outdoor table for 8 , swinging hammocks and a BBQ - ideal summer entertaining. There are also Bi-fold windows which open out onto the deck creating an airy, servery and bar. There are many outdoor seating options with the Deck Lounge, Daybed, Lounge by the pool - outdoor garden table - and Bar. The four large bedrooms include the master with a Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom which opens directly out onto the back deck, a queen room which opens onto the front deck and a double room. There is also a sunroom containing a double futon bed. The separate main bathroom has both a shower and bath. The en-suite has a shower. There is a Pool "loo" and an outdoor shower to hose off after a visit to the beach. Located just 5 minutes walk or 500m drive from beautiful f Newport Beach. Bungan, Bilgola and Avalon Beaches are also a short drive or stroll away. You are only a hop, skip and jump away from Newport Beach Village offering a variety of restaurants and boutiques. Justin Hemmes' newly renovated "The Newport" overlooking famous Pittwater is within easy walking distance. Enjoy a long lazy lunch and stay for a sunset cocktail. The property is located on Sydney's Northern Peninsular, just fifteen minutes drive to exclusive Palm Beach and one hour from the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Guest access Guests have access to the main house, garden and pool - this is a very private area . The loft/storage area will be locked off and is not available.
