At less than 15 minutes: the beach, the harbor with its many restaurants, the nature base, a hypermarket with its shopping arcade, the historic center, the train station, the casino, the luna-park, the aqualand and the lights fireworks ... The studio of 18m², classified furnished 3 stars tourism, air-conditioned, is equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, extractor hood, micro oven -wheel / grill), a sofa bed (140x190), a table, four chairs, flat screen connected 109cm. Wifi internet via my box. It also has a mezzanine of 9m2 with two additional beds (90x190). The access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 years (also low on the slope). Shared garden in which you benefit from a garden furniture, deckchairs and a bike / motorcycle shelter. The rental includes bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
