There are no extra taxes or resort fees that hotels will charge you. —Extra guest fee applies for more than 6. There are extra charges for heating pool during off-season September 6 to May 31. $100/night holiday fees may apply during holidays such as President's Day, Memorial day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. Fireplace use may be restricted during fire season which can vary depending on the weather conditions. No more than three cars are allowed to be parked on the property at any time. Other things to note We ask that you be extra water wise as we are in a serious drought in Southern and Central California and especially in the Santa Barbara area. Also there is no smoking in the home or on the property at any time. No exceptions to this rule. Also there are a maximum of three cars allowed to be parked at the property at any time.
