Welcome to our Unique Apartment for Art and Nature Lovers, a one-of-a-kind artistic retreat nestled in 2,5 km distance from the coastal town of Porto Heli. Designed by an architect, this 65 m2 large studio offers in two rooms space up to four people. Totally refreshing for solo travelers, ideal for a couple, best price solution for a family. Part of a greater residency, this apartment has been carefully designed to offer privacy, ensuring that the guests can enjoy their personal space. The space Cozy and spacious, it offers in two rooms space up to four people (one double bed 160X200 cm, two single beds 80X200cm, one bathroom, one kitchenette). It can be used as a totally separate apartment unit with its own entrance and outdoor spaces (terrace, parking, garden), but it can also communicate with the rest of the residence, if you wish to have vacations with your friends, a possibility that can be offered by demand and special arrangement. We manage the house according to the sun and treat the environment with respect. Air condition, a ceiling and standing fans are available. The surrounding area has a discreet and simple approach regarding configurations that alter the environment. We offer free WiFi 200GB/week. Extra demand has an extra charge of 30Euro/200GB. Free use of the 28m2 big workshop-room in case of participating a workshop. It is Covid 19-free and has large distances from the neighbors. The magnificent view, nice and polite neighbors in good distance and the endless variety of the nature species are significant for the neighborhood. The accommodation you have chosen is the largest part of the residence of a Greek architect, artist and writer who is interested, in addition to offering you a pleasant accommodation, to bring you in contact, if you wish to, with the Greek culture. Depending on your interests, you can parallel to your stay practice several kinds of arts like painting, ceramics or sewing or discover the bridges between our languages by following interactive courses or private tours arranged according to your wishes in logical prices. In addition to these experiences you may also choose a gastronomic experience or a 4- 7 days seminar about the Greek gastronomy supported by a qualified professional. Other things to note Artistic workshops for adults and children as ceramics, painting, sewing, photography and land art or tasting experience are organized by demand on a private level or as a group aiming to make your stay more interesting, to offer you knowledge, pleasure and the joy of creation. The workshops take place either in the laboratory located in the upper unit of the residence or in the open air. They are totally separated from the apartment, take place in specific dates and any participation is voluntary. The accommodation does not include cleaning or preparation of meals. If the guests wish, it is possible to organize these services supported by the guest's order by a local professional. There is a great offer in the area of archaeological and cultural sites, biotopes, cultural events, hiking trails and special places of natural beauty like Epidaurus, Mycenae, Nafplion, Spetses, the gorge of Katafiki, the old cave of Franchthi, the Monastery of Avgou, the old mines of Ermioni, the shipyards of Koilada, the small biotopes nearby Ermioni, paths between olive groves, monasteries. A lot of taverns with all kinds of gastronomic experience are in short distance. Bars and Cafes as well. For Cinema lovers there is an open air cinema with three movies/week and one for children. There are endless beautiful beaches in distances from 2 to 15 km, you may choose every day a new! Some have a nice beach bar or tavern next to the water, some are more isolated and quite, all of them very clean and very accessible. Water sports schools operate.
