This exclusive compound of four villas only was designed by an Australian architect as a private residence and accommodation for friends /family. Set in the unique and very 'on trend' village of Seseh ( just 200m to Seseh's stunning beach), the 4 bedroom allows guest use of our main villa as well as the owners pavilions ( one bedroom with its own pool). Currently we are offering this for half our normal price, as there is some construction noise in the area , although noise levels are reduced . The space Accessed via a formal Balinese courtyard with trickling water feature and Eastern Indonesian 'guardian' statues, our villa is a spacious compound designed as a contemporary interpretation of a Balinese Court yard house. The villas is completely private and intimate - with many water features, courtyard bathrooms, minibar and kitchen , elevated bale's ( shaded resting pavilions) , thatched roofs, comfortable casual furniture and those amazing luxurious air conditioned bedrooms ,with 4 poster queen size beds, wifi internet connection, games and books, all set in stunning courtyard gardens. We have also created a very special menu allowing all guests access to my own chef and her incredible gourmet skills in our central kitchen. Agung has been cooking stunning Indonesian and Western food for us for over 15 years - one of Bali's best cooks! Menu includes full breakfast including Indonesian, American and Continental options for around $4 - $ 8 including coffee, toast and fruit. Nasi Campur, Gado Gado, Beef Rendang, plus delicious Paninis, sandwiches and salads for lunch and snacks, and the dinner menu includes traditional roast chicken dishes, barbecued pork, vegetarian options, fresh seafood, soups, deserts and a full bar service. Most items are between $3 to $10 and everything cooked fresh to order. Please read our reviews and comments from guests about our food! There are also colourful local 'warungs' and several restaurants and beach bars in the village to enjoy real local flavour. My driver can meet you at the airport with my comfortable air conditioned van, a cold towel and a cool drink, if you would like for a small additional fee ( $40 per trip). Please note the pool pavilion bedroom is somewhat smaller than the other bedrooms and the ensuite has no tub. However its unique position between the pool and the creek and make it a crowd favourite! *Please note, there is currently construction taking place in our neighbourhood, which may result in some noise during the day. The workers usually start from 9am-5pm. While we strive to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we understand that this could be an inconvenience for some. We have halved our prices during this period. Guest access Our team including manager, chef, driver, security, gardeners and housekeepers will pamper you in every way possible - or leave you in total privacy if that is what you prefer. This is for those seeking the Bali that was. Total peace, utter tranquillity and a breath of fresh air. Our team at the villa will make sure you are completely rested and every need is met. And our delicious food will blow you away! Other things to note We are located in a breathtakingly tranquil village where Balinese life gently plays out as its done for centuries. Colourful fishing boats return to our village beach ( 200m away) every morning. The famous and fabulous Pererenan is a 20 minute walk along the beach. or 10 minutes by scooter or taxi. Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, and the best of Bali is all accessible from our home - it is a simple matter to arrange a tour for any area you wish to see . Tanah Lot temple is 10 minutes away. Please note the 4th bedroom is considerably smaller than the other 3 bedrooms, but we think its spectacular location , between the swimming pool and the creek, makes it a very special place to sleep and enjoy our unique environment. Please also note we are in a pristine natural environment, and it is likely you will encounter critters such as small lizards, frogs, an abundance of birdlife, butterflies etc , during your stay. We love this aspect of our Bali home, but recognise that some folk may not be as enthusiastic as us about the local fauna . Also we ask guests to recognise that, although we have perfectly adequate wi fi for recreational and casual use- , we are in a Balinese Fishing village and the internet speeds may not be what you are accustomed to at home. If ultra hi speed uninterrupted internet connection is high on your criteria for a relaxing Bali holiday - then you may want to consider carefully before confirming your reservation with us. Finally, traffic in Bali can be fickle –temple ceremonies, kite festivals, marriages and funerals use the same roads as you and I and can cause quite sudden and occasionally prolonged hold ups ( although the vision from the car window of these rituals can be amazing!).
