This is an apartment in a big 4-apartment large house. The apartment has it's own entrance and terrace. The house is located in a quiet, green tropical village; is only 5 min. away by foot ( 400 m) from the beach. On the premises there is a large shared pool; with a small section for kids. Furnished kitchen with tableware. Wifi. There is a parking lot; the house is guarded at night. The electricity is paid separately, 8 baht per unit. The space The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a common space with a kitchen; and a toilet. There is also an open terrace with chairs and a table to enjoy a peaceful sunset in the evening. In both bedrooms there are closets and nightstands; there you can find towels, bed sheets, blankets and pillows. In the room with a bunked there is a table. In the common room there is a sofa. There is also high speed wifi. In the kitchen there is a fridge and an electric stove; all the tableware included; there is a microwave. In all rooms there are aircons. Optional extra bed available. Guest access Guests can access the apartment, the whole premises of the house and the shared pool; as well as the parking lot. Other things to note Also, if you leave the house please switch off the airconditioning. Dear guests! Please save water - this is a very valuable and limited resource on Samui.
