Venice Apartment – Easy Stay for Smart Visits

In a residential area, this elegant apartment is functionally equipped for travellers from all over the world. Strategically located, the apartment is a 10-minute walk away from train and bus stations, and it's only two minutes walking from the bus stop that will allow you to reach the Venice city centre easily. Buses run 24 hours a day, and the trip takes between 10 and 15 minutes. Nearby, there are all essential services, excellent bars, locals and restaurants! The space This beautiful apartment is easily adaptable to the most varied needs of travelers. Despite having multiple beds, the layout of the two bedrooms guarantees privacy to the guests who occupy them. You will feel at comfort either if you are a large family or a group of friends. Each room is equipped with two queen size double beds that can become two single beds if necessary. In the "GREEN" room, you may add another comfortable single bed. In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin, complete with sanitary facilities, shampoo, and shower gel. The apartment also has a washing machine, clothesline. To ensure a comfortable rest, the rooms are equipped with soft sheets and warm blankets. A set of towels will be prepared for each guest. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories for the preparation and consumption of meals. You will find the fridge, freezer, microwave, and static oven, and a Moka coffee machine. The bar counter in the kitchen is designed for a quick breakfast or an improvised snack, while, for convivial meals, the apartment has a large table in the "main room". The whole apartment is, of course, equipped with Fast Wi-Fi. Guest access The apartment is easily connected to the Venezia Mestre train station (only 400 mt). The Venice Marco Polo airport is also easily reachable by the ACTV and ATVO bus lines, which connect regularly with the train station. A large public parking lot is present in front of the apartment, with low prices (euro 0.80 per hour, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00, free from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 20:00 to 8:00). Alternatively there are several private and monitored parking lots near the apartment. Other things to note During the check in you will be asked to show your IDs or Passport for registration practices and to pay the Venice Tourist Tax in cash. Currently, the tax rate is 4 €/night for each guest over 16 years old. The children between 10 and 16 years old pay only 2 €/night. Children under the age of 10 and disabled people are exempt from paying the tax. The tax is payable by all those who stay overnight for the first 5 consecutive days of stay.
