Small rustic, warm and comfortable house located on the edge of the St. Lawrence River, in Ste-Anne-de-la-Pérade, the world capital of small channel fish. Great for hosting 6 guests Bright, open-air rooms with stunning views of the sunrises over the river. Non-smoking, no pets, NO PARTY, speed limit at 20km/h on the island. Kitchen very well equipped to ensure a memorable stay. The space This warm chalet offers 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed on the mezzanine. Accommodates 6 people. The kitchen is very equipped with cheese fondue pan, chocolate fondue pan and raclette. You can use the condiments in the fridge as long as you replace them if needed. This is not an all-inclusive! The dining table can accommodate 6 guests, but a small table can be added for 2 additional people. Many services nearby the village : grocery store (Metro), pharmacy (Brunet), SAQ (alcohol), gasoline, hardware store, post office, ATMs (Desjardins and National Bank) as well as several restaurants and tourist information office. Located 30 minutes from Trois-Rivières, 45 minutes from Quebec City, 1h45 from Montreal. Guest access IMPORTANT : the speed limit is 20km/h. You will have access to the whole chalet (non-smoking). Be careful not to break anything. I take care of my things and expect you to do the same. In summer, a terrace with BBQ is at your disposal as well as kayaks. In winter, 3 pairs of snowshoes are at your disposal (2 for adults and 1 for children). In winter, you will be less than 5 minutes away from the fairway fish fishery. Also easy access to snowmobiling trails The land is not fenced at the river, you have the duty to monitor your children summer and winter.
