The "Maison de Jean" is an old farmhouse that was beautifully renovated in spring 2020. It is classified as a 4-star tourist residence. Designed for 6 people, it can accommodate up to 8 occupants. It offers a nice and large garden in the heart of the countryside. You will be ideally located in the heart of the region to radiate every day and only 15 or 20 minutes by car from the sea: the Abers to the north, the Rade de Brest to the south and the beautiful and wild west coast of Finistère. The space 110 m2 two-story house for 8 people, 4-star rated. On the ground floor a perfectly equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs above the dining room: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 for one and 160 for the other; each with shower room and adjoining toilet. Another bedroom for 4 people is located above the living room (bed of 160 that can be separated and 2 single beds of 1 m wide.
