Chrisanna's Residences - A Step Away From The Sea

Chrisanna's Residence is 50 meters away from the organized Mavros Molos Beach. It is a deluxe and spacious family apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons. The entire house is at your disposal with four bedrooms four bathrooms one fully equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor dining and sofa area with garden and stone barbecue. Bus Station is 20 meters away in order to visit highly recommended beaches like Falassarna, Elafonisi, Balos & Gramvousa Island. The space Chrisanna's Residence is a deluxe and spacious family apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons. Eight in beds and two in sofas. A full size foldable bed 90x200 can be added as well to three out of four of the bedrooms. There is also the option for our most precious family members, our babies. They can sleep to three foldable full size baby cots. These can be added to three out of four bigger bedrooms as mentioned above. You will have the entire house at your disposal which consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms (3 private and 1 main). One fully equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor dining and sofa area with stone barbecue. The patio is surrounded with big area of grass that will be lovely for the whole family to enjoy and relax in. The garden area includes a stone-tiled shower for you to wash off your feet after the beach and have a shower as well. Variety in children toys, inside the house and out, to keep our little ones busy. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. Everything you will find inside is there for you to use. Ground floor house with it's own private entrance through the open space main entrance of the building. Also from sea side a private garden/parking sliding door for easy access. The main entrance has one step as well as four other doors. Two doors at the kitchen and two at bedrooms all facing the sea. Other things to note Within 100 meters walking distance you will find : Restaurants, snack bars, taverns where take away food can also be provided. A big franchise Supermarket 150 meters, a bus station 20 meters, a rental office for cars and motorbikes 250 meters, another local supermarket which is open even on Sundays 250 meters , a beauty saloon/nail spa at the same building, a butcher's shop 250 meters, water sport facilities just down the beach, surfing lessons are taken place at the same beach as well.
