The space Villa Les Trembles could also have been called Villa Soleil as the brightness is omnipresent! Arvernha Resorts invites you to stay in this very comfortable villa right in front of Lake Chambon with family or friends. This beautiful 100 m² house has an enclosed garden with 2 terraces, one shaded and the other sunny (depending on your desires), garden furniture, a barbecue and a swing to enjoy the view of the lake or the Sancy Massif to the west. The fitted and equipped kitchen is very functional and its glass sliding door allows you to separate the kitchen from the living room without losing visual contact. The large bay windows give all their brightness to the living room, for meals or breaks in the most pleasant living room. On the ground floor there is also a 2nd living room as well as 2 bedrooms with double beds of 140 cm as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, after the small mezzanine, 2 other bedrooms (one with a 160 cm double bed and 2 90 cm single beds) allow a total capacity of 8 people. At this level, you will also have a bathroom with toilet. The closed garage allows you to park a car, motorcycles, bicycles or strollers. Access to accommodation by stairs. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. For the comfort of your stay, we offer extra options (bed linen, towels, mid-stay and/or end-of-stay cleaning).
