The kitchen is equipped with stone benchtops, a brand new Westinghouse dishwasher, oven, rangehood and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine complete with complimentary coffee pods and a portable speaker. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower and bath and the laundry has a front load washing machine and dryer. The main st can be easily accessed via a 25 minute walk on the specially designed track along the foreshore. Access both the inlet and surf beach via a short 5-7 minute stroll. Pets are to remain off furniture and outside of carpeted areas (bedrooms) at all times.
