Unique single level space to enjoy the countryside

This unique space on a small farm in the Dorset countryside is perfect for 2-3 or 2-3 with an infant. Usually the property is let as an annexe with our adjoining holiday cottage but we are offering this unique space on its own for 1 household stays until 23rd September whilst the large cottage next door is unused and is inaccessible. The farm is in a rural location less than 2 miles from the Jurassic Coast beach at Seatown with numerous walks straight from the doorstep. The space Completely self contained, the annexe offers 2 rooms, each with own shower-room with WC, has a TV, a kitchennette and has its own outside space with lovely garden views. The space is also very suitable for a disabled visitor with wide doors and ramps available should they be needed. One of the shower-rooms is a wet room with rails by the WC. The main bedroom room is setup with Kingsize bed, ensuite shower-room, TV and chest of drawers with french doors leading outside and another door leading to 2nd room. The 2nd room has a double bed with single bed above. The bed can also be used as a seating area if preferred. Cot available upon request. The second room is spacious with kitchenette with microwave, fridge-freezer and portable 2-plate hotplate. A table and four chairs is folded away in daytime but can be brought out into the room for dining. Birdsong is all around this quiet paradise.The annexe is situated on Venn Farm, a small working farm just two miles from the Jurassic coast and south west coast path. Sheep and horses graze in the nearby fields. Lots of outside seating and BBQ to enjoy al fresco meals and watch the sun go down. There are numerous foothpaths straight from the farm both inland and towards the coast and you can find more detail in the manual provided during your stay. Venn Farm has a games barn with ping pong, pool and more, plus a running machine, which are shared with other shepherds hut guests at Venn Farm. We also have swings in the garden. Guest access The annexe is completely self contained. Other things to note If bringing a dog, please remember we are a farm with various animals close by. The kitchennette has microwave, fridge freezer and cooking hobs but please be aware that there is no oven or sink. A washing up bowl is provided which can be filled from the ensuite bathroom. The Webber BBQ on the patio can also be used as an oven ideal for roasting meat ... and anything else you might consider putting in an oven. We've even baked scones in the BBQ oven! We have a chest of drawers and lots of hangers and hooks on doors but, unfortunately, no wardrobe due to space limitations.
