The very sunny and lovingly furnished apartment with garden/terrace is located in an unspoiled lake location and was only renovated in spring 2021. Up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) can also enjoy longer stays. Note: the neighboring area (north direction) will be newly built by March 2027! The noise impact is manageable, as the bedroom faces south. Please let us know at least 1 week before moving in if the sofa bed is needed. The space After getting up from the comfortable 1.8 x 2.0 meter box spring bed, you can comfortably prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Then, depending on the temperature and weather, you can go to the terrace for breakfast. In the meantime, your children (up to 2, overnight on the sofa bed 1.45 x 1.9 meters) may also have gotten up. Unless they are still hanging out in the living room on the 55" Samsung Smart TV or surfing the high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi). A dresser and a clothes rail are used to store your personal belongings. On request, we provide a workplace (workplace table and additional chair) free of charge - please register in advance! Guest access The garden is shared with the other parties in the house. The covered terrace with table and chairs are exclusively for you or the apartment. Other things to note The Lake Constance district charges a mandatory tourist tax per person, which is included in the price (see tax). In return, after submitting their personal data, guests receive the digital "Echt Bodensee Card" as access to many cultural and leisure activities, as well as free use of bus and train in the Lake Constance-Upper Swabia network area. Parking is available at the house.
