Come and discover our house "Le Perchoir", located on the heights of the village of Pruines. Built in 2012, Le Perchoir enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the valley with a 60 m2 south-facing terrace. Come and rest, recharge your batteries, hike, visit the most beautiful villages in the area, discover the gastronomy, go down the Lot by canoe. The medieval village of Conques is 17 km away. Rodez, 25 km away, has a rich cultural heritage as well as the Pierre Soulages Museum. The space Our 100 m2 timber frame house benefits from natural solar input for its heating and a wood-burning stove for evenings by the fire. It's a very nice and warm house. A large bright living room with a very well-equipped kitchen; 3 bedrooms with new bedding; a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The view of the village of Pruines is very beautiful and the light is different throughout the day. A file is at your disposal with suggestions for places to visit, proposals for hikes with family or friends. Guest access Our house and the part for rent is entirely on one level with the entrance; the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The lower part is not occupied and not rented.
