Holiday by the beach then this cottage is for you. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters of Emu Bay beach and recreation reserve across the road. From here enjoy swimming, fishing or sharing local food and wine with family and friends on the deck. The space Pine View is a fully self contained house with all the comforts of home. Ideal location for the perfect getaway. Suitable for couples or a family with 2 bedrooms and a sleep out. Please note the 3rd bedroom (sleep out) is only accessible from an outside sliding door & doesn't have air-conditioning. Sleeping up to 6 people with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Sit back and relax on the front deck after a day touring our beautiful Island. Property facilities include: reverse cycle air conditioning (excluding the sleep out), WIFI, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, 2 fridge/freezers, convection microwave, BBQ, coffee pod machine, ample parking and all bed linen, pillows and bath towels. Please note you will need to bring shampoo, toothpaste and other toiletries with you. Guest access Please note that there is no host on site, you are renting an entire home and its privacy. No daily servicing and no meals are provided. Other things to note Pineview doesn’t have laundry facilities. The commercial laundromat in Kingscote is open daily with washers and dryers. There is a clothesline at Pineview for your convenience. We welcome pets, however, please note the yard is not enclosed. A refundable pet bond of $100 applies, along with a nightly fee of $15 per pet. We kindly ask that all pet waste is cleaned up from the yard before departure.
