Cottage with private terrace, bathed in light in the middle of a beautiful garden, in a very sought-after area of Le Cannet, a neighboring town of Cannes. Quiet and yet a seven-minute walk to shops and a five-minute walk to public transport to get to the beach or the Croisette. The space The cottage is part of a three-building property: the main house that my husband and I share with two tenants year-round, my husband's painting studio and the cottage that is usually used to accommodate our grown children. The pool is therefore shared. But the cottage is completely independent of the rest of the property and belongs to you alone throughout your stay.
