Spacious 1 bed apartment within a family home

Access to the entire lower groundfloor of our house: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, sitting room with TV area & kitchenette (oven, hob/extractor, fridge (no freezer I’m afraid), sink, cupboards, crockery/cooking utensils etc) Although on lower groundfloor, the space is very light as it faces southwest. Access is via our side door at ground level, into a shared utility room (access to washing machine/iron) and downstairs to this area. The space There is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room. A separate living area with 2 sofas and a small kitchen (including oven, Fridge). There is a dining table with 2 chairs. It is light and spacious. Although guests do not have their own entrance, they don't enter the main living area of our house, so its largely separate from our family home. Please note, although very separate it is still within our family home. We have 2 kids aged 10 and 12, and we have guests over from time to time, so you must be aware that you will be able to hear us to some extent. Guest access Entry is via our side door, which enters our utility room. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board which are all kept here and shared with our family and the guests. A door separates this area from our living area, and there are stairs down to the apartment. It is therefore technically parting our house, but we keep the door between the kitchen and utility/stairs to go down to guest area, closed, so the guest area is very separate to our living area. During your stay I am always available by phone to liaise with guests and of course they can knock out our door to chat about any queries they may have if we are in. However we will totally respect their privacy in the apartment. Other things to note We do ask that for guests staying more than 20 nights, that they pay for 1 hour of cleaning every 2 weeks. Our cleaner comes every other week on a Wednesday and will spend 1 hour cleaning this apartment area, and we ask that you pay £15 cash to us for this (we will settle with the cleaning company directly). Toilet paper is provided on arrival. Guests staying for more than one week are asked to provide their own toilet paper after that.
