Self Check-In for late night arrivals also available The space This is a spacious (78 sq. meters) ground floor apartment. There is one large step to access the building entrance and a few steps to access the apartment entrance. It is fully renovated and very quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and it is accessed by a security door and lock. All furniture is tasteful, new and very comfortable. Every single room has access to the outdoor space and garden, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs. The patio outside the master bedroom is covered by awnings that can be lifted up as desired and has access to the building common garden area. There is one bathroom with a shower, where shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. A large Refrigerator, Stove and Oven, Coffee maker, Toaster and Kettle, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. We provide basic supplies, like coffee, sugar, tea and detergent tablets, to help you out upon arrival. The kitchen table can seat up to four people. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a dining table and a TV. It can sleep up to 3 people, with a mounted double pull down bed with an anatomic mattress and a large single sofa bed. The main bedroom has a large double bed with a very comfortable anatomic mattress and storage closets. The second bedroom, can accommodate up to 2 people with its high end sofa that can be transformed into bunked beds. There is also a workstation, with a desk and chair, ideal for work and storage closets. We can provide a baby – cot upon request. Guest access All areas of the apartment are available to be accessed by the guests.
