Lovely stone house near Poreč

The house is located in a quiet village 12 km from Porec. Ideal for families or friends; away from the crowded tourist center of Porec, but close enough to the sea. The space Located in the village of Katun, the traditional Istrian stone house, built in 1910, is ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. At the same time you can easily and fast reach the near towns od Porec, Motovun, Rovinj… and explore their historical sights. The house was renovated with great care. The old stone walls will keep you cool in the summer and the wood beams above your heads will make you feel warm, safe and tranquil. The large kitchen with the dining room on the first floor is ideal for socializing with your family and friends and the living room with the sofa on the second floor is perfect for resting after a „busy“ day. The house is semi-detached and has a private courtyard (closed plot) and parking space for 3 cars. It can accommodate 6 persons: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. It has two bathrooms with showers (one on each floor), a kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor grill, two air-conditions, internet… Guest access On the ground floor there is a wine and olive-oil cellar that is closed and not for guests to use. We will be very glad to show you through. Other things to note Please note that the house can accomodate a maximum of 6 people and children and babies are also included in this number. This means that if for example you are a group of 4 adults with 2 children and 2 babies (in total 10 persons), according to local regulations, that would be 2 persons over the maximum of our house and we couldn't host you.
