Room with TV, Wi-Fi, coffee and quiet parking.

Hello, I offer a private room, with a double bed, for 1 person. It is equipped with a TV with all the DTT channels, in a very recent villa with garden: a pleasant setting, quiet, in the countryside close to the city, 5 minutes south of Tarbes, 15 minutes from Bagnères de Bigorre (treatments, mountain, skiing) and 20 minutes from Lourdes (pilgrimages, castle, hiking), 40 minutes from La Mongie ski resort. Coffee or tea/herbal tea is available during your stay. The space The house is located in a very new residential area, away from the road and at the bottom of a small cul-de-sac on the edge of a field, making it a peaceful and very quiet place. The bedroom includes a 140 double bed, desk and storage closet. The toilet and bathroom with 2 sinks and a large shower are shared. You will also have access to my kitchen to prepare food, in the MORNING and EVENING (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, induction stove and dishes. (You'll need to clean the dishes, of course). Coffee (in capsules) or tea/herbal teas are offered morning and evening for the duration of your stay. Guest access I'll usually be there to greet you upon arrival. During your stay Check-in time if possible after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (except Wednesday and weekend where it may be before) and checkout time to be agreed together. If you come for leisure, I can guide and advise you on activities to do in the area. You will also have, in the room, a booklet relating to tourist sites and restaurants in the area. Other things to note I only accept people who work or visit during the day and will only be present at the house in the morning and late afternoon, but not at noon or during the day. In the room, you will have a booklet including the Wi-Fi access code, local restaurants if you want to eat out and the tourist attractions of the department.
