The space ➢ STRICTLY NO HOUSE PARTIES: This Townhouse property is in a really quiet riverside location with directly connected neighbors on both sides. ➢ This is a NO SMOKING property. Any additional cleaning fee's incurred will deducted from the AirB&B security deposit. ➢ The property is unfortunately not suitable for pets ☹. History: This historic property is part of the former stately home of King James II, subsequently becoming a Royal Hotel visited by King Edward VII in 1863. Whilst on the outside is a historic Grade II listed building, the inside is a contemporary modern design townhouse. Things to do:- • Memorial for Princess Pocahontas who died in Gravesend in 1617 - 3 mins walk • Gravesend Promenade and gardens where you can visit the Fort, grab a coffee in the cafe or try the public outdoor gym equipment, all on the banks of the River Thames - 6 mins walk • UK's Largest Panic Rooms - 4 mins walk • Guru Nanak Darbar, one of Europe's largest Sikh temples - 10 mins walk • Shorne Woods Country Park, great outdoor park with walks through the woods, playground, cafe, shop - 10 mins drive • Bluewater Shopping Center with over 300 stores and 50 restaurants/bars and two big indoor softplay areas Dinotropolis & Gravity indoor trampoline park. Also has a great outdoor 18 hold pirate adventure golf course & winter ice rink - 15 mins drive • Rochester & castle (inc. Christmas market and fun fair), as featured in the movie Ironclad, built in 1080 and is the tallest surviving medieval architecture of its time.
